Our cinema screenings took place under the stars at Hydra’s beloved Gardenia Open-Air Cinema, as well as at other cherished locations across the island from Mandraki Bay to Kamini Port.
Our Opening Night Greek premier of this contemporary Indian film was presented by writer/director Faraz Arif Ansari with leading actor Abhay Deol.

Our second Opening Night film was presented by director Doug Rao, with actors Stan Steinbichler and Ava Merson-O’Brien who joined audiences for a live Q&A.

Our Boy on a Dolphin tribute transformed Mandraki Beach into an open-air cinema at one of the film’s original locations.

ArtCinema was delighted to welcome back the Hellenic Film & Audiovisual Centre and Creative Greece, the nation’s leading creative industry body overseeing Greece’s 40% film tax rebate.
During our 2024 Programme, CEO Leonidas Christopoulos joined us and praised ArtCinema for its “passion for the new,” alongside founder Amanda Palmer. In 2025 they returned with fresh insights from the world of film, coupled with an exciting new focus on fashion and music.
